Norfolk Journal and Guide, Nov 17, 1962
Howard H. Dozier, 54, of 2300 Reservoir avenue, a retired Norfolk Naval Shipyard 
employee, received final rites Thursday at Shiloh Baptist Church.  Mr. Dozier 
died Nov. 11 in a Norfolk hospital.

The service was conducted by the Rev. A. E. Johnson.  Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery under direction of B. F King Funeral Home.

Mr. Dozier was a native of Norfolk, a huckster and a member of Shiloh Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lula Dozier;  two sisters, Miss Sophronia 
Dozier of New York and Mrs. Evelyn Eaton of Norfolk;  two brothers, Major Dozier 
of Norfolk and Henry Dozier of New York.
