Mrs. Georgiana Dozier, native of Hickory, VA, died January 27 at the age of 51 
at her residence, 1256 Chicazola street. She was the daughter of the late Pampie 
and Mrs. Georgianna Nickson.

She is survived by her husband, William P. Dozier; one daughter, Mrs. Sophronia 
C. Wilson; one sister, Sophronia Johnson; and two brothers, John and Samuel 
Harding, all of this city.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday, February 2 at 1 p.m. at New Calvary 
Baptist Church with the pastor, Rev. S. A. Wilson, officiating. Burial was in 
Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
