Miss Lois Louise Dozier, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.B. Dozier, died this 
morning at 2:50 o’clock at their home, No. 422 Sheldon Avenue, aged 15 years 
and 9 months. The funeral occurs at the parents’ residence tomorrow at 10:30 
a.m., Rev. S.W. Melton, of the Freemason Street Baptist Church, officiating.

The funeral of Miss Lois Louise Dozier, daughter of Mr. and Mar. E.B. Dozier, 
occurred this morning at 10:30 o’clock from the parents’ residence, No. 422 
Sheldon Avenue, Rev. Dr. S.W. Melton, of the Freemason Street Baptist Church, 
officiating. There was a large attendance, and handsome floral tributes. The 
interment was in Elmwood Cemetery, the following being the pall bearers: 
Reginald Lambert, Carey Harper, Vernon Halstead, Bernard Modica, Raymond Murray 
and Jesse Stone.
