Mr. Dozier was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. He was a well-known carpenter and builder. Besides his wife, Mrs. Lillie Dozier, he is survived by three sons, Earl S., Millard W. and Leroy C. Dozier; two daughters, Mrs. T.W. Thomas and Miss Lucille M. Dozier; three grandchildren, Richard M. Mansfield, Edith Mae Mansfield and Doris V. Thomas; one sister, Mrs. James T. Davis, all of Norfolk and one brother, Byron C. Dozier, of New York City. The body was taken to H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason Street, pending funeral arrangements.
