Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch March 16, 1956
The body of Mrs. Gertrude Isabel Drager, 28, was found at 4 a.m. on January 14, 
lying in the 500 block of West Sewells Point Road. Her death, it was reported, was 
caused by a fractured skull, other bone fractures and internal injuries.
The suspects were arrested four hours after the body was found.
Statements from the trio read at a preliminary hearing in Norfolk Police Court on 
January 28, indicated they had been at a drinking party with Mrs. Drager and had 
gone in search of more whisky.
