Virginian-Pilot April 26, 1969
DURHAM, N.C.- Clarence A. Drew, 85, of Route 5, Box 698, died Thursday in a 
hospital.
He was the husband of the late Mrs. Leah Elizabeth Weisel Drew and a son of 
Capt. John H. and Mrs. Martha Ann Stones Drew.
A native of Hampton, Va., he lived in Norfolk most of his life before moving to 
Durham.
He was a member of Elks Lodge 38 and a retired clerk of J. S. Bell Co.
Surviving are nieces and nephews.
The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, to Elmwood 
Cemetery for a funeral service today at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Beverly Felty. The 
family will1 be at 100 Elvin Road, Norfolk.
