She was a native of Richmond, but had been a resident of Norfolk for two years, residing at 219 West Sixteenth street. She was a daughter of J.C. and Mollie Wyatt Dozier. Beside her parents, she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mary Messick, of Phoebus; three brothers, John Dozier, of Lee Hall and Herbert and Clifton Dozier, of Asheville, N.C. Funeral services will be conducted at H.D. Oliver's funeral apartments, 610-12 East Freemason street, Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, the Rev. Sparks W. Melton, D.D., of Freemason Street Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
