Myrtle Cleveland Drews, 88, died Aug. 26, 1990, in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mrs. Drews, a native of Staten Island, N.Y., was the widow of John F. Drews Sr. 
She was a member of Hollywood Presbyterian Church, Hollywood, Calif.

Survivors include two sons, James E. Drews of Charleston, S.C., and John F. Drews 
Jr. of Greenwich, Conn.; two sisters, Charlotte C. Hampton and Marion C. Jacobs, 
both of Los Angeles; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Mary's Cemetery 
by the Rev. James E. Brown. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday 
in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders 
Association or to a favorite charity.
