Norfolk Virginian May 10, 1887

The funeral of Mrs. Drummen took place yesterday afternoon from her late 
residence on Main Street.  The following gentlemen acted as pallbearers:  
Jim Walk, Major Mullen, Sam Marsh, John Myer, Wm. S. Butt, Mr. Witsoe.  The 
services were conducted by Rev. H.H. Butler and Rev. Mr. Gatewood. The 
remains were carried to Magnolia Cemetery for interment.

Mrs. Lydia Drummond's oldest son arrived home yesterday, but came too late 
to attend her funeral.  He will return to Cobb's Island this morning.
