Mrs. Drummond was a native of Tallahassee, Fla., but had been a resident of Norfolk for 60 years. She was the daughter of the late Dr. Griffith W. and Margaret Whitaker Holland and is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Lily Drummond Taylor, Mrs. Williard R. Cooke and Miss Madge H. Drummond; one son, Joseph F. Drummond, all of Norfolk; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at noon at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, of which she was a member. The rector, the Rev. E. Ruffin Jones, will officiate. Burial will be private in Elmwood Cemetery.
