A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he was a son of Charles Edward and Mrs. Mamie Williamson Drumwright. He had been owner and operator of Drumwright Speedometer Shop since 1917. Surviving, besides his widow, are a daughter, Mrs. Hal E. Rumble of N. Orlando, Fla.; a son, Mickey L. Drumwright of Vacaville, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Grace Austin of Norfolk; a brother, E. Alton Drumwright of Chesapeake; and seven grandchildren. The body was taken to Smith & Williams Funeral Home.
