The Virginian-Pilot, Monday, September 24, 1984
NORFOLK - Beulah B. Dudley of 2823 Victoria Ave., a native of Norfolk and the widow
of Samuel Dudley, died Saturday in a hospital.

She was a retired nurse, having been at Norfolk Community Hospital and St. Mary's
Infant Home. She was a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church and its Senior Choir,
Missionary Circle and Nurses Unit; Queen Esther Chapter 2, Order of the Eastern
star; and United Order of Tents.

Survivors include a sister, Julia White of Norfolk, and two brothers, Herman Booker
of Roselle, N.J., and Paul Booker of Philadelphia.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Jerusalem Baptist Church by Dr.
Thomas M. Venable. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, with Hale Funeral Home in
charge. The family will be at her home.
