A native of Portsmouth, he had lived in Norfolk for the last two years. He is survived by his wife, two sisters, Mrs. G.G. Adams and Mrs. John Twohy, all of Norfolk. The funeral services will be held at Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-612 East Freemason Street, Monday at p.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Number for time missing **************************************************************************** The funeral of William Dugan took place yesterday at 3 p.m. at Oliver’s funeral apartments, conducted by Rev. George Dunn of St. Mary's Catholic church, and was largely attended. There were many floral tributes. Burial was in St. Mary’s cemetery, the pallbearers being M. J. Madden, B. F. Strawhand, J. J. Riley, D. H. Keys, Dr. R. S. Knight, W. L. Carter, B. L. Ahman, H. L. and Columbus Hudgins.
