The Virginian Pilot Thursday September 28, 1961
Norfolk-Mrs. Alice Hyslop Dunbar, widow of John Jacob Dunbar and daughter of 
the late Robert and Mrs. Alice Halstead Hyslop, a native of Norfolk County 
and a lifelong resident of this section, died Wednesday at 1:55 a.m., in her 
home, 916 Moran Ave.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mordaunt Etheridge and Mrs. Ralph H. Eberly 
of Norfolk; two nephews, Robert H. Etheredge of Alanton, Princess Anne 
County, and Ralph Dunbar Eberly of Denton, Tex.; and a niece, Mrs. Richard 
M. Cook of Alanton.
The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Elmwood 
Cemetery for funeral services today at noon by the Rev. Edward H. Jones, 
D.D., pastor of First Presbyterian Church.
