She was a native of Mississippi, a former well known resident of Norfolk, and had resided in Washington for the past 12 months. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Archie Baugham, of Washington; a son, Arthur Duncan, of Virginia Beach; seven grandchildren and two nieces, Mrs. Herbert Simpson and Mrs. Daisy I. Sebille, both of Norfolk, Mrs. Duncan was a member of the Three Score and Ten Club. Funeral services will be held at the chapel of the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, with the Rev. E.P. Miner, rector of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
