Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch April 14, 1919
The funeral of Mrs. Chloe A. Duncan, widow of David Duncan, took place this 
afternoon, at H. D. Oliver's funeral apartments, and was conducted by Rev. F. W. 
Putney, of the Central Baptist church, being largely attended. There were many 
floral offerings. The burial was in Elmwood.
