Mildred Smith Duncan, 87, died Oct. 15, 1990, in Columbus.
Mrs. Duncan was a native of Norfolk and a member of Christ & St. Luke's Episcopal 
Church, Norfolk. She was a charter member of the Norfolk Circle of the Kings 
Daughters and Borough of Norfolk Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include a daughter, Noel D. Langston of Jacksonville, Fla.; a son, Basil 
M. Duncan Jr. of Columbus; and five grandchildren.
A memorial graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Elmwood 
Cemetery by the Rev. James W.H. Sell. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, is 
handling arrangements.
