Costenbader, 300 West Thirty-fifth street, after a lingering illness. He was a son of the late Levi and Mrs. Lizzie Rider Duncan. He was a resident of Eagleville, Cal., and had been here five weeks on a visit to his sister. He was born in Wicomico County, Md. and is survived by the following brothers and sisters: R.B. Duncan, S.B. Duncan, of Norfolk; E.E. Duncan, Dreweryville, Va.; J.I. Duncan, Philadelphia; Mrs E.F. Truitt, Mrs. F.O. Durham, Mrs. J.H. Costenbader, Norfolk; Mrs. H.C. Hyde of Baltimore. The funeral will be conducted this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the above residence by Rev. Dr. Squires, assisted by the Rev. W.C. Consar. The interment will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery.
