Norfolk - James P. Duncan, 53, passed away on November 28, 2014. He was the son of 
the late Roy and Mary Margaret Duncan. He is survived by his sisters, Margaret 
Uhlar, and husband, John; Patricia Raper, and husband, John; his brother, Kevin 
Duncan, and wife, Mary Jo; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jim was 
always the jokester. His wit and humor will always be remembered and truly missed. 
His passions in life were art, music, baseball and his dogs. A graveside service 
will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Norfolk, on Saturday, December 13, 
2014, at 11:00 a.m. The family would like to extend their deepest thanks and 
appreciation to the staff and volunteers of Sentara Hospice House in Virginia 
Beach. Their outstanding care and compassion will never be forgotten.
