Marshall Yates Duncan, 54, of Richmond, formerly of Johnston County, N.C., died 
Tuesday, March 9, 1993.

He is survived by his wife, Carroll Pitt Duncan; two sons, Paul Marshall Duncan of 
Kinston, N.C., and William Carroll Duncan of Raleigh, N.C.; and one sister, 
Charlotte Duncan Ballard of Summerville, S.C.

Mr. Duncan retired from IBM in 1992 after 25 years of service and was currently 
vice president of Medical Practice Management Associates.

Funeral services were held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Edward's Catholic Church. 
Interment will be at noon today in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Norfolk Catholic High School, 6401 
Granby St., Norfolk, Va. 23505, Attn: Rev. William L. Pitt.
