Virginian-Pilot December 24, 1913
Mrs. Nellie M. Duncker, aged 31 years, and widow of Charles Duncker, died at the 
Elizabeth Buxton hospital at 10:30 o’clock Monday night, following an operation. 
She was taken to the hospital Sunday and her death came as a surprise to her 
friends.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. O’Brien; one child and one sister, Mrs. J. B. 
Rogers. The funeral will be held from the home of Mrs. O’Brien, 3412 1-2 
Washington avenue, at 11 o’clock this morning, Father Massie, of St. Vincent’s 
Catholic church, officiating. The body will be taken to Norfolk and interment made 
in St. Mary’s cemetery.
