Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - December 17, 1990

Leonard John "Boose" Dunmore, 46, of the 3000 block of Bapaume Ave., died 
Dec. 12, 1990.
Mr. Dunmore was a native of Lane, S.C.
Survivors include two daughters, Lucy Joe of Germany and Karen Simms of 
Norfolk; a son, Kenneth Dunmore of Norfolk; his mother, Viola Cooper of 
Norfolk; his father, George Dunmore of Norfolk; four sisters, Sadie M. 
Joyner and Alefair Roberts, both of South Carolina, Mary L. Shannon of 
Lawrenceville, Va., and Ida Dingle of Chesapeake; two brothers, Herbert L. 
Dunmore of Spartenburg, N.C., and Willie Dunmore of Thomasville, N.C.; and 
two grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Twilight Funeral Home by 
the Rev. James Shannon. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Friends may 
join the family at 2100 Allison Drive, Chesapeake.
