The Virginian Pilot September 9. 1986
Daisy Durant of the 500 block of Dinwiddie St. died Sept. 3, 1986 in her home.
Mrs. Durant, a Norfolk County native, was the widow of Brooks Durant.
Survivors include a son, Purvis McCoy Jr. of Norfolk; a sister, Katherine 
Saunders of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a brother, Franklyn Saunders of Norfolk; four 
grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Metropolitan Funeral Home by 
Elder Langley McCoy. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
