Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark July 21, 1921 

Andrew Dusch, 77 years old, died after a lingering illness, yesterday afternoon 
at 12:20 o'clock, at the residence of his son-in-law, Louis Harmon, 252 West 
Thirty-first Street. He was born in Norfolk and had lived here all his life. For 
many years he was engaged in the butcher trade. He is survived by his wife, one 
daughter, Mrs. Louis Harmon; two half sisters, Mrs. Matilda Erxleven and Mrs. 
Andrew Corbett, both of Norfolk; and one half brother, Henry Dusch, of New York. 
Mr. Dusch was a member of Harmony Lodge, I.O.O.F. and of the board of deacons of 
the Park Place Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock 
tomorrow afternoon at Park Place Baptist Church. Burial will be at Elmwood 
Cemetery.
