Irving Dwyer died at his home, 355 Thirty-first street, Park Place, at 6:50 p.m. Monday after a lingering illness, in the 58th year of his age. The deceased was a former resident of New York State, but had been a resident of Norfolk for sixteen years, and was by profession a well-known architect. He was a man of strict probity of character, just and upright in all his dealings with his fellowmen and was highly esteemed in the community. He is survived by a widow and four children, Mrs. A.L. Fairer, Mrs. Rhea Dwyer, Mrs. Edward Bell and Irving Dwyer. The deceased was a prominent member of the Park Place Baptist church. The funeral will be solemnized from his late residence at 3 o'clock this afternoon.
