The deceased had resided in Norfolk for many years and was well known and highly respected. He had reached the advanced age of 75 years. He is survived by several children, who reside in Norfolk, Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, Va. The funeral will be solemnized from St. Mary's Catholic Church at 9:30 o'clock this morning. ******************************************************************************** The funeral of Michael Dyer, whose death has been previously noted, was solemnized from St. Mary’s Catholic church at 9:30 a.m. yesterday. Requiem mass was celebrated by Rev. Father Edward J. Walsh. The floral tributes were beautiful. The interment was in St. Mary's cemetery and the pallbearers were as follows: James O’Rouke, Martin Cashin, James E. Prince, Michael Cashin, Edward J. Hodges, J. A. Charles, Robert Foster and John Hodges.
