Norfolk Journal and Guide,Feb 27,1960
William Early of 977 Galt street died Feb. 15 at his residence after a short 
illness. A native of Princess Anne county, he was retired from the Norfolk 
Naval Shipyard.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ollie Hicks of Norfolk and Mrs. Norsie 
Warner of Petersburg.

Last rites were held at First Calvary Baptist Church on Feb. 21, with the 
Rev. C. E. Griffin officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Morning 
Glory Funeral Home in charge.
