Virginian-Pilot July 9, 1926
EARNEST - At a local hospital, Wednesday night, July 7th, 1926, at 9:15 o'clock, 
JOSEPH BRUMMEL EARNEST, son of the late G. L. and Mrs. Agnes Allen Earnest, aged 
66 years, 8 months and 4 days.
Body will be taken from the funeral home of E. Lee Cox & Brother, 631 Westover 
avenue, to the residence, 842 W. Olney road, this morning. Funeral services will 
be conducted at the First Christian Church, Disciples, THIS (Friday) AFTERNOON at 
4 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood 
Cemetery.
