NORFOLK—Frank Marshall Earnest Sr., 64, of 1138 Little Bay Ave., a retired, 42-
year employee of Virginia Electric & Power Co., and a lifelong resident of 
Norfolk, died Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in a hospital.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Pat Alexander, two sons, Frank M. Earnest Jr. 
and Richard M. Earnest, and a brother, Alex L. Earnest, all of Norfolk; 11 
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A Christian Wake service will be held tonight at 7:30 in Hollomon-Brown Funeral 
Home, Tidewater Drive.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church 
with burial in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. The family will be at the home of 
Mrs. Alexander of 8646 Morwin St.
