ONANCOCK - Mrs. Jettie Wood Eason, 78, formerly of Norfolk, died Friday in 
Hermitage Nursing Home.
A native of Norfolk County, she was the widow of Lewis C. Eason and a daughter of 
Walter Nichols and Mrs. Annie Irene Suqua Wood.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Williamson of Brunswick, Ga.; seven 
grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held in Elmwood Cemetery Sunday at 3 p.m. by Dr. William 
L. Lumpkin of Freemason Street Baptist Church. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Norfolk, has charge.
