Virginian Pilot Wednesday March 13, 1963
Mrs. Roberta Hyslop Eberly,85, wife of Ralph H. Eberly, former resident of 1001 
Larchmont Crescent, died Tuesday at 4:45 a.m. in a nursing home.

A lifelong resident of Norfolk, she was the daughter of Robert and Mrs. Alice 
Halstead Hyslop.

Besides her husband, surviving are a son, Dr. Ralph D. Eberly of Denton, Tex., 
a sister, Mrs. Mordaunt Etheredge, a nephew, Robert H. Etheredge, and a niece, 
Mrs. Mary Mordaunt Etheredge Cooke, all of Alanton, Virginia Beach; and three 
grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments with burial in 
Elmwood Cemetery.
