Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - December 28, 2008
NORFOLK - Lucrest Edmonds, 96, of the 900 block of E. Princess Anne Road, died
Dec. 21, 2008, in Norfolk Healthcare Center. A native of Emporia, Va., she was a
widow and seamstress and member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Norfolk. Survivors
include one brother, Stonewall Faison of Glenridge, N.J.; nieces, nephews, grand
and great-nieces and -nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral will be at noon Tuesday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev. Keith Jones.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from
6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home and will assemble there Tuesday for the service.
