Mrs. Vicessa Wright Edmonds’ funeral was held at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church,
Sunday, Dec. 9, at two o’clock. The family paper was read by Mr. O. P. Woody and
from the husband and children by Mrs. Aardelia Hicks. Mrs. Minnie B. Moore sang
very touchingly “What are They Doing in Heaven Today.” The sermon was delivered
by Rev. I. W. Penn. Mrs. Edmonds is survived by a husband, three children, a
father, three sisters, two brothers and a number of other relatives and friends.
Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
