Mrs. T. F. Edney died Sunday morning at 6 o'clock at the residence of her son, 
John Edney, corner of Granby and Nineteenth Streets, after a protracted 
illness. The deceased was born in North Carolina, but had been a resident of 
this city for some time. She was 73 years of age and leaves three sons: John 
and Robert Edney and J. F. Lynch. The latter is the manager of the Norfolk Coal 
and Ice Company. The funeral will take place from the above residence this 
morning at 10:30 o'clock and the interment will be in Cedar Grove.
