Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch October 29, 1946
Suffolk, Oct. 29. - Mrs. E. Estelle Edwards, widow of T. O. Edwards, died Monday 
at 1:30 p.m. at her home, 325 Cedar Street, after a long illness. She was a 
daughter of Samuel Riddick Harrell and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Harrell, of Gates 
County, North Carolina.
Surviving is a daughter, Miss Elizabeth Esther Edwards.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Main Street Methodist 
Church, with the pastor, the Rev. John H. Blakemore, assisted by the former 
pastor, Dr. A. L. Franklin, of Richmond. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, 
Norfolk.
