CHESAPEAKE — Elizabeth E. Edwards, 92, of the 100 block of Williamsburg Drive, a 
retired teacher, died Dec. 27, 1987, in a Suffolk nursing home.
Miss Edwards, a native of Cedarville, Va., had retired from the Suffolk public 
schools. She was a graduate of Randolph Macon Woman's College. She was a member 
of Main Street United Methodist Church, Suffolk, and was a life member of United 
Methodist Women.
Survivors include four nieces, including Patricia A. Forlano of Norfolk, Travis 
M. Peters of Chesapeake, and Mary K. Wise of Virginia Beach.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Elmwood Cemetery, 
Norfolk, by the Rev. David Lewis. Memorial donations may be made to the Crippled 
Children’s Fund. Gay & Oman Funeral Homes, Great Bridge Chapel, is handling 
arrangements.
