 The Virginian Pilot Saturday May 4, 1957
Earlene Earl Edwards, eight year old daughter of Earl A. and Mrs. Willie Sawyer 
Edwards, died yesterday at 3 a.m. at her home, 2939 Fireside Rd. after a long 
illness.
Besides her parents, surviving are five sisters, Mrs. Willie Arrant of New 
London, Conn.; Mrs. Joseph Parrish of Diamond Springs; Mrs. Jesse Manning, Miss 
Gloria Edwards and Melva Lee Edwards; four brothers, John K. Edwards, William 
E. Edwards, Giles P. Edwards and Albert O. Edwards, all of South Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Graham Funeral 
Home. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
