Norfolk Virginian Sept 10 1890
Mr. Charles Egts died very suddenly yesterday morning at 11 o’clock at the home 
of his father, corner of Charles and Calvert street. Mr. Egts was 26 years old 
and was down town yesterday morning at 8 o’clock. Three hours later he had 
returned home feeling badly, he was a corpse. Heart failure was the cause of 
his death.
