NORFOLK — Mrs. Ruby Anderson Elburg, 92, the widow of John S. Elburg and a 
resident of the Ghent Arms Apartments, died Sunday in her home. She formerly lived 
at 1020 Claremont Ave.
A native of South Carolina, she was a member of Freemason Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Hobart C. Clough of Alexandria; two 
grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments by Dr. William L. Lumpkin. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. The 
family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8.
