Arnold Elcock was born on September 26, 1948 in Barbados. He proudly served in the 
United States Navy as a Fireman during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his 
loving wife and daughter.  He passed away in Norfolk, Virginia, on October 27, 
2020.
Altmeyer Funeral Home-Southside Chapel has assisted the family with local 
arrangements. The family will have a Memorial Service to celebrate Arnold’s life 
on Wednesday, November 4th, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Endtime United Church of Jesus 
Apostolic (7416 Evelyn T. Butts Ave, Norfolk, VA 23513). A private entombment is 
to follow. For anyone who wishes to express their sympathy and condolences by 
sending flowers, please have them delivered to 7416 Evelyn T. Butts Avenue, 
Norfolk, VA 23513. For those who wish to send the family sympathy cards please 
have them mailed to Endtime United Church P.O. Box 10283 Norfolk, VA 23513.
