Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark August 15, 1918 

ELEY - At the residence of her sister, Mrs. H.H. Rountree, 21 Rogers street, South 
Norfolk, Wednesday, August 14, 1918, at 7:40 o'clock p.m., MRS. ANNIE VIRGINIA 
ELEY, widow of W.E. Eley and daughter of the late Wm. K. and Mrs. M. Fentress 
Shipp, of Princess Anne County, aged 43 years, 6 months and 2 days.
The funeral services will be conducted at the above residence, FRIDAY, August 16, 
at 3 o'clock p.m.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.  Friends invited.
