The Virginian Pilot Sunday July 8, 1962
Morris King Ellington, 75, widower of Mrs. Dorothy Levy Ellington and son of 
William A. and Mrs. Maria Lousia Ellington, died in a Norfolk hospital 
Saturday at 3:20 p.m.
He was a native of Norfolk and a resident of Woodbridge.
He was a member of Armstrong Memorial Presbyterian Church and Woodmen of the 
World Camp 46; a veteran of World War I, and a retired machinist of Norfolk 
Naval Shipyard.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Coley of Woodbridge; two 
stepdaughters, Mrs. Etta Ellis and Mrs. Sarah Quniby of Norfolk; a stepson, 
Ralph L. Seery of Norfolk; seven grandchildren and three great-
grandchildren.
The body was taken to Derry-Twiford Funeral Home
