Born on May 26, 1949 to the late Lucille and Melvin Elliott , Marie was a loving 
sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was predeceased by her 
husband, Isell J. McKelvin. Visitation will be Tues., Sept. 27, 2016 at 1p. to 
8p. The funeral service will be conducted on Wed., Sept. 28, 2016 at 11a. in 
Graves Funeral Home Chapel, 1631 Church St., Norfolk,VA, 23504. The interment
