Virginian Pilot December 14, 1910

Mrs. Annie E. Elliott, wife of J.A. Elliott, died at her home 125 South 
Reservoir Avenue Brambleton, at 5:40 o'clock a.m. yesterday after a long 
illness, in the 68th year of her age.  The deceased was a native and lifelong 
resident of Norfolk and leaves a host of friends who loved and admired her for 
her many lovely traits of character.  Besides her husband, she is survived by 
three sons, all of Norfolk, viz: Harry M., Gilmer T. and Walter W. Elliott.
The funeral will be solemnized from the late residence at 11 o'clock Thursday 
morning and will be conducted by Rev. Vernon I'Anson, D.D., of the Grace Baptist 
Church.  The interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
