Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Monday, March 15, 1993 
Catherine Jones Elliott of the 3500 block of Wedgewood Court died March 11,
1993, in Mercy Hospital, Baltimore, Md.

Mrs. Elliott was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Pasadena, and a
former member of St. Paul C.M.E. Church, Norfolk.

Survivors include a son, Robert L. Lundy Jr. of Pasadena, Md.; her mother, Mrs.
Leanna E. Jones of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Ernestine Beamond of Norfolk and
Mrs. Matilda J. Briggs of Litonia, Ga.; and four brothers, William H. Jones Jr.
and Robert L. Jones, both of Norfolk, Larry D. Jones of Fort Lewis, Wash., and
Jerry A. Jones of Hackensack, N.J.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in St. Paul C.M.E. Church, Norfolk,
by the Rev. T.R. McKenney. The family will receive friends at the residence of
Leanna Jones, 594 Nicholson St., Norfolk, and will assemble there at noon for
the procession to the church. Hale Funeral Home, Norfolk. Burial will be in
Calvary Cemetery .
