Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, February 27, 1993 
Martha Elliott of the 2700 block of Corprew Ave., a retired domestic worker,
died Feb. 25, 1993, in her residence.

Mrs. Elliott was born in South Mills, N.C. She was a member of Garretts
Community Baptist Church, a former member of the Usher Board (NU)3 and the
Missionary Society and a member of Senior Citizens of Roberts Park.

Survivors include two sons, Leroy Elliott of Norfolk and Fred Elliott of Bronx,
N.Y.; one sister, Nellie E. Barnett of Norfolk; three grandchildren; one
great-grandchild; and one daughter-in-law, Theresa Elliott of Bronx.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Garretts Community Church by the
Rev. Johnnie Reid. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
