New Journal and Guide (1916-2003) Mar 11,1972
New York - Calvin Leon Elliott, 47, of 545 Manhattan avenue died recently.  A
native of Princess Anne County, he was the son of Mrs. Cherry West and the late
Wayland Elliott.  He was an employee of Durable Dye Co. and a Navy veteran of
World War II.
  Besides his mother, he is survived by four sons, E. Gray Elliott, Calvin
Elliott, Mark Elliott and Reginal Elliott, and a daughter, Tyan Elliott,all of
New York.
  A funeral service was held in Hall Funeral Home, Norfolk, by the Rev.J. L.
Kearney.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
