Mrs. Georgia Ellis - Funeral services for Mrs. Georgia Ellis, 1819 E. Liberty
street, were held Wednesday, Sept. 19, at St. Joseph AME Church with Rev. Mr.
Barnard officiating.

Mrs. Ellis is survived by her husband, Percy Ellis; three sons, Messrs. George,
Samuel and Van Chestley Ellis; three daughters, Mesdames Annie Lee Griffi,
Shirley Erkins and Willie Mae Lassiter; seven grandchildren and other relatives.

Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery with the Chatman Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements.
