Virginian-Pilot June 10, 1992
James Leon Ellison of the 700 block of Fremont St., a retired airplane mechanic 
and equipment cleaner, died June 7, 1992, in a hospital.

Mr. Ellison was born in Jamesville, N.C. He had retired from the Norfolk Naval Air 
Station after 37 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Alice P. Ellison.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Basilica of St. Mary by the 
Rev. Walter C. Barrett. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may join 
the family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
