Norfolk - Mrs. Mildred Darden Ellison, of 1012 Barney street, died in her home.

A native of Norfolk, she was a daughter of Austin and Mrs. Sarah E. Darden.

She was a member of First Church of Christ Holiness, Number Two Usher Board and
Helping Hand Club and the financial secretary of the Huntersville Neighborhood
Club.

Surviving are two brothers, Walter Darden of Norfolk and Howard Darden of New York.

Services were held in First Church of Christ Holiness by Bishop David P.
McPherson.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery  with Riddick Funeral Service in
charge of arrangements.
